ด้วยรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยได้โปรดพิจารณาลงนามในกฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม หลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับการประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2558 โดยคณะรัฐมนตรีได้มีมติเห็นชอบ และสำนักเลขาธิการรัฐมนตรีได้ประกาศกฎกระทรวงฉบับดังกล่าวในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ฉบับกฤษฎีกาเล่ม 132 ตอนที่ 76 ก ลงวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2558 โดยจะมีผลใช้บังคับเมื่อประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา คือ วันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป
กรมการปกครอง จึงขอส่งกฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม หลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับการประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2558 มาเพื่อทราบ
