การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อปรับพฤติกรรมการเรียนและการส่งงาน/การบ้านวิชาจิตวิทยาเพื่อการพัฒนาตนของนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภายหลังการปรับพฤติกรรมการเรียนและการส่งงาน โดยผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลนักศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิต ศูนย์การศึกษานอกที่ตั้ง ตรัง ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาจิตวิทยาเพื่อการพัฒนาตน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 30 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบทดสอบปรนัยก่อนการเรียน (Pre-test) และแบบทดสอบปรนัยหลังการเรียน (post- test) แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ
