การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่16 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 3 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการด้านวิชาการ จำแนกตามอายุ ประสบการณ์ในการสอน ระดับการศึกษา ระดับชั้นที่สอน และกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็น ครูโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่16 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 3จำนวน58 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ในการทดสอบรายคู่ความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows version 10.0
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1.การบริหารจัดการด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่16 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง( = 3.13) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่16 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 3 อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลางทุกด้านโดยในแต่ละด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ คือ

งานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ( = 3.48) งานทะเบียนวัดผล ( = 3.34) งานบริหารหลักสูตรและการเรียนรู้ ( = 3.17) งานกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ( = 3.12) งานโครงการมาตรฐานสากล ( = 3.00) และ งานนิเทศภายใน ( = 2.69 ) ตามลำดับ
2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่16 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 3 จังหวัดสระบุรี จำแนกตามอายุโดยรวม พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารจัดการด้านวิชาการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอนโดยภาพรวมครูมีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และปริญญาโท มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามระดับชั้นที่สอน ครูที่สอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและครูที่สอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารจัดการด้านวิชาการโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามกลุ่มสาระ การเรียนรู้ โดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
