เอกสารภาคผนวกแนบท้ายสัญญาดังกล่าวข้างต้น ให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้

บรรดาข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค ฉบับลงวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธื 2551 และบรรดาข้อเสนอด้านราคาฉบับสุดท้าย ลงวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2551 ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญา
