ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะเห็นได้ว่า ถึงแม้ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน ซึ่งเป็นสายปฏิบัติการ จะอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ความผูกพันองค์การยังอยู่ในระดับที่สูง แต่พนักงานยังมีความตั้งใจที่จะทำงานตามนโยบายขององค์การเพื่อให้องค์การดำเนินกิจการได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ ดังนั้น องค์การการบินไทย ควรหันมาใส่ใจกับการพัฒนา และเห็นคุณค่าของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพ และศักยภาพสูงขององค์การ มากกว่าการเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับพนักงานใหม่อยู่ตลอดเวลา การลงทุนในทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีอยู่แล้วให้มีศักยภาพสูงขึ้น นอกจากจะเป็นการเพิ่มผลผลิตให้กับองค์การแล้ว ยังส่งผลให้องค์การการบินไทยสามารถดำเนินกิจการได้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายสูงสุดขององค์การอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลอีกด้วย
