การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ วิธีการจัดการความขัดแย้งของนักศึกษา กศ.พบ. รุ่น 33 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดการความขัดแย้งของนักศึกษา กศ.พบ. รุ่น 33 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ดังปัจจัยต่อไปนี้ 1) วีธีเผชิญหน้า 2) วีธีหลีกเลี่ยง 3) วิธีบังคับ 4) วิธีไกล่เกลี่ย 5) วิธีประนีประนอม โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรในการศึกษาได้แก่ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร กศ.พบ. รุ่น 33 จำนวน 38 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามโดยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) เท่ากับ 1.00 และ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) คำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)
ผลการศึกษา จากผลการศึกษาวิธีการจัดการความขัดแย้งของนักศึกษา กศ.พบ. รุ่น 33 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ วิธีเผชิญหน้า วิธีหลีกเลี่ยง วิธีบังคับ วิธีไกล่เกลี่ย วิธีการประนีประนอม ตามลำดับ
