สร้างขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2453 เดิมใช้เป็นหอพระไตรปิฎก ซึ่งอยู่ในสภาพชำรุดทรุดโทรม จึงได้ทำการบูรณะเพื่อใช้เป็นพระวิหารที่ประดิษฐานพระพุทธนันทบุรีศรีศากยมุนี พระพุทธรูปปางลีลาสมัยสุโขทัย หล่อด้วยทองสัมริดมีทองคำผสม มีความงดงามมาก พระเจ้าลารผาสุมเป็นผู้สร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ.1969
