โครงงานเรื่องผลแตงกวามีประโยชน์อย่างไร มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1เพื่อการศึกษาความรู้ ความเข้าใจในเรื่องของผลแตงกวา 2เพื่อให้นักเรียนหันมาสนใจเกี่ยวกับผลแตงกวามากขึ้น3 เพื่อให้รู้วิธีการนำผลแตงกวามาแปรรูปต่างๆ4 เพื่อให้รู้ถึงความนิยมบริโภคแตงกวา 5 เพื่อนำมาทำเป็นยารักษาโรค 6 สามารถนำประโยชน์ที่ได้ไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน
