3)มุทิตามี ความยินดีเมื่อผู้ป่วยอยู่ดีมีสุข

4)อุเบกขา ความวางใจเป็นกลาง มีจิตเรียบตรงดุจตราชั่ง ไม่เอนเอียงด้วยรักและชัง

3.มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
