พนักงานมีสิทธิ์ลาเพื่อรับราชการทหารในการเรียกพลเพื่อตรวจสอบ เพื่อฝึกวิชาทหารหรือเพื่อทดลองความพรั่งพร้อมตามกฏหมายว่าด้วยการรับราชการทหาร
โดยพนักงานจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานจากหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาอนุมัติของผู้บังคับบัญชาทั้งก่อนไปและหลังกลับจากราชการทหาร

By the employee will be required to show proof from the relevant government agencies for consideration of approval of superiors, both before and after the return from the military.
