จากการแก้ไขโปรแกรมไปเมื่อเช้านี้ โปรแกรม Foxti ยังมีปัญหาอยู่ อยากให้ทาง Helpdesk ช่วยตรวจสอบอีกครั้งนึง
ปัญหามีดังนี้
1.เมื่อเปิดโปรแกรมแล้วหน้า desktop จอค้าง ไม่สามารถทำงานอื่นๆ ได้ และเมื่อปิดโปรแกรม desktop ก็ยังค้างไม่สามารถทำการ Restart ได้
2.ยังมีการ error ของโปรแกรม Foxit และเมื่อ error โปรแกรมจะให้ปิดโปรแกรมทันที และไม่สารารถกู้เอกสารที่ทำไปแล้วกลับมาได้
3.โปรแกรมอื่นๆ ไม่สามารถทำงานได้เหมือน Foxit ล็อก Screen ค้างไว้

โปรดช่วยแก้ไขโปรแกรมนี้โดยด่วน
อาจจะมีการถอนการติดตั้งโปรแกรมแล้วลงติดตั้งโปรแกรมใหม่ได้หรือไม่?
