ในกรณีเดินทางดูงานนอกเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของโครงการโดยตรงและ/หรือได้รับคำสั่งจากผู้ว่าจ้างให้ไปปฎิบัติภารกิจนอกเหนือจากขอบเขตของงานที่ได้ตกลงกัน
