ข้อ 4. บรรดาสิ่งก่อสร้างดัดแปลง ต่อเติม ซ่อมแซมลงในบริเวณทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเมื่อสัญญาเช่าระงับหรือสัญญาเลิกกันไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าจะรื้อถอนออกไปหรือทำลายเสียมิได้ และสิ่งก่อสร้างดัดแปลง ต่อเติม หรือ ซ่อมแซมดังกล่าวตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้เช่าให้ทันที โดยผู้เช่าจะเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายหรือค่าทดแทนใดๆ มิได้
