อุทยานแห่งชาติภูจองนายอย เป็นอุทยานฯ ลำดับที่ 53 ของประเทศไทย ครอบคลุมพื้นที่อำเภอบุณฑริก อำเภอนาจะหลวย และอำเภอน้ำยืน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีอาณาเขตติดต่อกับประเทศลาวและประเทศกัมพูชา พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นภูเขาในเทือกเขาพนมดงรัก สภาพป่าทั่วไปมีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ ทัศนียภาพโดยรวมถือว่าสวยงามมาก เหมาะที่จะมาเที่ยวชมธรรมชาติเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
ภายในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติภูจองนายอย มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวน่าสนใจมากมาย เช่น

จุดชมทิวทัศน์ผาผึ้ง อยู่ถัดจากสวนหินพลาญยาว เป็นจุดชมทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามตามแนวชายแดนลาวและกัมพูชา นอกจากนี้บริเวณชะง่อนผายังมีถ้ำขนาดเล็ก หินสวยงาม และรังผึ้งขนาดใหญ่ให้ได้ชมกันด้วย
แก่งศิลาทิพย์ เป็นแก่งหินขนาดใหญ่ อยู่ห่างจากที่ทำการอุทยานฯ ประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร สิ่งที่น่าสนใจคือ บริเวณลานหินกลางลำธารจะเกิดปรากฏการณ์ที่เรียกว่า “กุมภลักษณ์” คือการที่หินถูกกระแสน้ำวนกัดเซาะจนเกิดเป็นหลุมกลมมากมาย ใหญ่บ้าง เล็กบ้าง ดูสวยงามแปลกตายิ่งนัก
