ในความเห็นของฉันนั้นเห็นด้วยกับการนำระบบคณะลูกขุนมาใช้ในประเทศไทย โดยหากจะนำมาใช้ได้จริงก็อาจต้องเริ่มจากกลุ่มเล็กๆ หรือ จากบางภาครัฐที่ยังไม่ใช่ศาลเพื่อดูว่าการนำมาใช้นี้จะเหมาะสมกับประเทศไทยและช่วยให้ความเป็นธรรมกับประชาชนได้หรือไม่ แต่สุดท้ายนี้ไม่ว่าจะใช้ระบบคณะลูกขุนมาใช้ในประเทศไทยได้หรือไม่ บุคคลในประเทศต้องเริ่มพัฒนาตัวเองและมีความซื่อสัตย์ ยุติธรรม เพราะหากตัวบุคคลในประเทศดีแล้วการนำระบบใดมาใช้ก็ไม่เป็นอุปสรรคทั้งสิ้น
