เมื่อนักกีฬาได้รับบาดเจ็บ เจ็บป่วย หรือประสบอุบัติเหตุ ที่ส่งผลให้นักกีฬาไม่สามารถฝึกซ้อม หรือลงทำการแข่งขันตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย นักกีฬาจะต้องแจ้งพร้อมส่งใบรับรองแพทย์ให้บริษัทฯ ทราบทันที
