เนื่องจากวันที่ 29/12/2014 ทาง GEC ได้ตรวจสอบพบว่าหลังจากที่ลูกค้าทำรายการ approve เรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบ K-Supplychain ได้มีการส่ง update status ผ่าน Service: UpdateStatusGatewayService ไปยัง SCCC
แต่ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ โดยได้รับ Error Message: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset สลับกับได้รับ Response: Success จึงขอสอบถามสถานะของ Transaction ดังกล่าวว่าได้อัพเดตตรงกันแล้วหรือไม่ รายละเอียดดังนี้ครับ
