เรื่อง การใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ ศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ ศึกษาการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ และ ศึกษาประโยชน์ที่ได้จากโทรศัพท์มือถือของนักศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 267 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล และ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Spss for Windows ประมวลผลข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิต t test สถิติ F test และ ค่า 〖 x〗^2
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. นักศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ศึกษาอยู่ชั้นปีที่ 2 ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับทุน-กยศ. มีรายได้
ต่อเดือน 3,001-4,000 บาท มีภูมิลำเนาเดิมอยู่ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ พักอยู่หอพักนอกมหาวิทยาลัย
2. นักศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ส่วนใหญ่ ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ เคยซื้อโทรศัพท์มือถือ ในราคา 4,001-7,000 บาท มีค่าใช้จ่าย
ในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือต่อเดือน 201-300 บาท ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือติดต่อกับผู้ปกครองเป็นอันดับ 1 ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือจำนวน 1 เครื่อง ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือต่อวัน 5-9 ครั้ง และ มีระยะเวลาในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ 5-14 นาที กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ จ่ายค่าบริการโทรศัพท์มือถือแบบเติมเงิน และ ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือประเภท Smart Phone เลือก ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตจาก 3G ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือเครือข่าย AIS และใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือยี่ห้อ Samsung กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้ Facebook มากที่สุด ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนโทรศัพท์มือถือ(ในรอบ 12 เดือน) และมีจำนวนครั้งในการเปลี่ยนโทรศัพท์มือถือ (ในรอบ 12 เดือน) จำนวน 1 ครั้ง
3. นักศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ส่วนใหญ่ มีการใช้ประโยชน์โทรศัพท์มือถือด้านการศึกษาปานกลาง โดยการใช้ค้นหาข้อมูลในการเรียนมากที่สุด มีการใช้ประโยชน์โทรศัพท์มือถือด้านสังคมปานกลาง โดยการใช้โทรออก-รับสาย มากที่สุด มีการใช้ประโยชน์โทรศัพท์มือถือด้านธุรกิจน้อยที่สุด โดยใช้ทำธุรกรรมทางการเงิน มากที่สุด และ มีการใช้ประโยชน์โทรศัพท์มือถือด้านบันเทิงปานกลาง โดยใช้ฟังเพลง มากที่สุด
4. ผลการศึกษา พบว่า โทรศัพท์มือถือของนักศึกษามีราคา น้อยกว่า 10,000 บาท นักศึกษาเพศชาย และเพศหญิง มีการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือราคาไม่แตกต่างกัน ชั้นปีของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือราคาไม่แตกต่างกัน นักศึกษาที่ได้รับทุนกับไม่ได้รับทุน-กยศ. มีการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือราคาแตกต่างกัน
รายได้ต่อเดือนของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือราคาไม่แตกต่างกัน และ ภูมิลำเนาของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือราคาไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนโทรศัพท์มือถือของนักศึกษา น้อยกว่า 300 บาท นักศึกษาเพศชาย และเพศหญิง มีค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่แตกต่างกัน ชั้นปีของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่แตกต่างกัน นักศึกษาที่ได้รับทุนกับไม่ได้รับทุน-กยศ. มีค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่แตกต่างกัน และ รายได้ต่อเดือนของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่แตกต่างกัน
6. ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภูมิลำเนาของนักศึกษาต่างกัน มีค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนในการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือไม่แตกต่างกัน และ การใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตจาก 3G หรือ Wi-Fi ของนักศึกษาเท่ากับ 1:1
