กรณีที่เป็น Minor – CAR ให้ตอบกลับสาเหตุ การแก้ไข และการป้องกัน ภายใน 7 วัน
** ยกเว้นกรณี Minor – CAR ที่เกิดจากข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้าและมีการขอเปลี่ยนคืนหรือเรียกคืนสินค้า ให้ตอบกลับภายใน 3 วัน
กรณีที่เป็น Observetion /PAR ให้ตอบกลับสาเหตุและการป้องกันปัญหา ภายใน 15 วัน
