1. Filmatic S-Winder, Kom: 54601, Year-2009 : This winder is integrated on the old blown film line no: 951 about 4 years old, no need to be overhaul. But they will need some spare parts for trouble shooting, e.g. solenoid valve which show some leaking already, some sensor, proximity switch, photo-cell. They will need a complete set of new manual (CD and hard copy) for this winder too, because some details already missing. I checked with Khun Somboon who installed this winder about the manual, we don't have any copy here, we may need to order from W&H.

2. The old W&H-Winder, Type: 7578, Kom: 40847, Year-1996 : This winder is in line 953, IRPC need to make the overhaul on this winder. This winder has very poor conditions. There are many wear and tear mechanism parts, also bad condition of the pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves that show many points of leaking. The spare part manual for this winder cannot find any more even at IRPC and RT. For this winder you may need to contact to W&H and ask for recommend this spare parts. IRPC also request a complete manual, and drawing for this winder and the overhaul by supplier either by W&H or RT.

3. IRPC requested set of manuals. There are two of old existing W&H blown film lines at IRPC (line 951, line 953) which almost 17-20 years old. The manual of these m/c not complete or missing already. The new IRPC maintainence team need to order a complete manual for this existing lines. This manual must be complete of "operating manual, electrical diagram, mechanical drawing, spare part drawing, spare part list, vendors documents".
The manual for these line never have in our office because in former time these line supplied by a turn key project from "UDE-Germany".
