งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการนำเสนอการลดต้นทุนในการให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศไปยังต่างประเทศ กรณีศึกษา บริษัทดั้กเซ่อร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด โดยใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการลดต้นทุนในด้านการขนส่งสินค้าในประเทศ ด้านค่าล่วงเวลา การแก้ไขเอกสาร และค่าระวางสายการบิน เป็นการหาแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนเพื่อเพิ่มผลกำไรให้กับบริษัท และเพิ่มศักยภาพให้กับพนักงาน การศึกษาครั้งนี้จะเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งจะทำการศึกษาโดยอาศัยทฤษฏีที่เกี่ยวข้องจากแหล่งต่างๆ ตลอดจนได้เข้าไปศึกษากระบวนการทำงานในแผนกขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศของบริษัท อีกทั้งยังได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์และสอบถามผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานดังกล่าวอีกด้วย
