          5. นำไปจดทะเบียนที่อำเภอหรือเขต

 เอกสารประกอบการยื่นสำหรับคนต่างชาติ

          1. หนังสือเดินทางหรือหนังสือการอนุญาตให้เข้าเขตแดนของประเทศใด ประเทศหนึ่ง (Visa)

          2. ประเภทเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวหรือประกอบกิจการด้านธุรกิจ

          3. หนังสือรับรองสถานภาพของบุคคลจากสถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุล โดยระบุเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของบุคคลนั้นที่เหมาะสมที่จะสมรสกับคนไทย ระบุอาชีพ รายได้ ภาวะทางการสมรส และระบุชื่อบุคคลทางราชการที่สามารถติดต่อและขอทราบข้อเท็จจริงเพิ่มเติมได้ จำนวน 2 คน ซึ่งมีที่อยู่เดียวกับผู้ร้องโดยนำหนังสือรับรองดังกล่าว แปลเป็นภาษไทยรับรองคำแปลโดยสถานทูตของประเทศของบุคคลนั้นหรือกระทรวงการต่างประเทศไทย
