- สำเนาค่า Configuration ของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดที่ทำการติดตั้ง
- เอกสารระบุรายละเอียดการรับประกัน
- ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องทำการประทับตรา พร้อมลงลายมือชื่อผู้มีอำนาจในเอกสารส่งมอบต้นฉบับทุกหน้า ก่อนหรือระหว่างดำเนินการตรวจรับ
- ผู้เสนอราคาจัดทำสำเนาเอกสารต้นฉบับในรูปแบบ CD-ROM จำนวน 2 ชุด
