การศึกษาเรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติตนเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพ 2.เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของคนในยุคปัจจุบัน คณะผู้ศึกษาได้สร้างเครื่องมือขึ้นเอง โดยมีวิธีจัดสร้างเครื่องมือเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการศึกษาค้นคว้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า คือแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 2 ตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนเบ็ญจะมะมหาราช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 3 ห้อง ห้องละ 40 คน รวม 120 คน
ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่านักเรียนโรงเรียนเบ็ญจะมะมหาราชส่วนใหญ่นักเรียนชายจะดูแลสุขภาพมากกว่านักเรียนหญิงเนื่องจาก นักเรียนชายออกกำลังกายและกินอาหารที่มีประโยชน์ได้ครบสมบูรณ์มากว่าเมื่อเทียบกับนักเรียนหญิง
