Requirements: -
- Bachelor 's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management Political Science, Law Psychology or any,,, Other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in all areas of HR practices preferably HR Telecom & IT environment.
* At least 5 years' experience in human resources functions, including recruitment payroll welfare &, benefits staff training,, &, developmentLabor relations and HRIS.
- Experience in Oracle system knowledge would be a plus.
- Mainly experience in compensation. & benefit management preferably from a large size of multinational Telecom organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor. Law
- Dynamic and strong passion for HR Management.
- Must be self-motivated resourceful reliable,,,,, independent driven And an effective team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
- Computer. Literate (Ms Office: Word Excel and, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Able to communicate. In Mandarin is an advantage
