ประชากร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2023 จำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน รวมเป็น 120 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2023 ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) ด้วยวิธีจับฉลากโดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่ม จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน จำนวน 80 คน
