ฉันคิดว่าวิชาการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตการทำงานของเราได้อย่างดีเพราะ เราต้องเรียนรู้การอยู่ร่วมกันกับผู้อื่น  ซึ่งในแต่ละแผนกการทำงานอาจจะพบเจอคนหลายรูปแบบทั้งคนไทยด้วยกันเองและชาวต่างชาติ
