เมื่อกรมได้คัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคารายใด ให้เป็นผู้ขายและได้ตกลงซื้อตามที่ได้ประกวดราคา โดยการยื่นข้อเสนอทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แล้ว ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการดังนี้
