ได้ร่วมกันจัดตั้งบริษัทใหม่ขึ้น 2 บริษัท คือ
1) บริษัทเซกิซุย-เอสซีจี อินดัสทรี จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทร่วมของเอสซีจี เพื่อผลิตส่วนประกอบบ้านสำเร็จรูป
ระบบโมดูลาร์ โดยเอสซีจี ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้างถือหุ้นร้อยละ 49 และ Sekisui ถือหุ้นร้อยละ 51
2) บริษัทเอสซีจี-เซกิซุย เซลส์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของเอสซีจี เพื่อขายบ้านสำเร็จรูประบบโมดูลาร์ พร้อม
ประกอบติดตั้งรวมทั้งให้บริการแก่ลูกค้า โดยเอสซีจี ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้างถือหุ้นร้อยละ 51 และ Sekisui

ร้อยละ 9 ทำให้มีสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 54 ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2552 กลุ่มธุรกิจจะเริ่มมีอำนาจ
ควบคุมในการกำหนดนโยบายและการดำเนินงานของบริษัทร่วมดังกล่าว และจะนำผลการดำเนินงานมาจัดทำ
งบการเงินรวมตั้งแต่ไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2552
