จะสลายอัตตาจะต้องรู้คิดถึงผู้อื่นก่อน คิดถึงใจเขาใจเรา รู้เสียสละให้ผู้อื่น มิต้องกลัวจะเสียเปรียบจะขาดทุน เราทำงานฟ้ามิใช่ธุรกิจค้าขาย จะเอาแต่กำไรไม่ยอมขาดทุนนั้นมิได้ อุทิศสละมีแต่ได้ ไม่มีเสีย มีแต่ช่วยให้ปล่อยวางได้ไม่ยึดติด

คนทุกวันนี้คิดแค่คำนวณว่า ทำแล้วตนจะได้สักเท่าไหร่ คุ้มค่าไหมที่ลงแรง กลัวเพียงแต่เสียเปรียบขาดทุน ใจจึงมีแต่มองเปรียบวัด เปรียบเทียบวิจารย์กัน นั่นไม่ใช่การบำเพ็ญจิต

พุทธอริยสำเร็จได้ ไม่ใช่ด้วยแย่งชิงผลงานกัน ล้วนมีแต่ยกคุณความดีให้ผู้อื่น แล้วน้อมรับความผิดทั้งปวงไว้ที่ตน มีแต่อภัยผ่อนปรนให้กับผู้อื่น แล้วเข้มงวดกวดขันที่ตน
ศิษย์ลองคิดดู ในขณะนี้ใจเราเป็นแบบไหน
การบำเพ็ญจึงต้องย้อนมองส่องตนในทุกวัน ยอมรับผิดจึงรู้ตน รู้ข้อดีข้อเสียของตน จึงบริหารจัดการให้กลมกลืน
