วาระที่ 8 เรื่องพิจารณาเรื่องอื่น ๆ (ถ้ามี)
ผู้ดำเนินการประชุมฯได้เปิดโอกาสให้เจ้าของร่วมในที่ประชุมได้นำเสนอเรื่องอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) ทั้งนี้เจ้าของร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ พร้อมมอบหมายให้ฝ่ายจัดการฯช่วยดำเนินการ ดังต่อไปนี้
8.1 สัญญาบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งจะหมดสัญญาใน วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2558 ถ้าจะมีการขยายเวลาในการต่อสัญญาออกไปอีก 3 เดือน และในการพิจารณาต่อสัญญา ให้เป็นไปตามมติของคณะกรรมการที่ถูกแต่งตั้งครั้งใหม่ในครั้งนี้
8.2 คุณสมบัติ โสทรเจนวิทย์ ท่านเจ้าของร่วมห้องชุดเลขที่ 71/34 ได้เสนอให้มี (Project Team) ขึ้นมาเพื่อที่จะดำเนินการตามแผนการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอาคารประจำปี 2558 ที่ทางฝ่ายบริหารจัดการได้นำเสนอ และชักชวนเพื่อนบ้านเจ้าของร่วมท่านอื่นๆให้เข้ามาร่วมเป็น (Project Team)
8.3 เจ้าของร่วมขอให้ขยายเวลาเปิดพิตเนสจากเวลาเดิมเปิดเวลา 07.00-22.00 น. ให้เปิดฟิตเนสเร็วขึ้นเป็นเวลา 06.00-22.00 น.

มติที่ประชุม: ที่ประชุมพิจารณาเป็นเอกฉันท์มอบอำนาจให้คณะกรรมการรับไปช่วยพิจารณาตามที่กล่าวไว้มอบหมายให้ฝ่ายจัดการฯรับไปดำเนินการ ตามมติของคณะกรรมการต่อไป


เมื่อการประชุมฯ ดำเนินการไปตามระเบียบวาระครบแล้วและไม่มีเรื่องอื่นใดเสนอต่อที่ประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาต่ออีก นายสมบัติ โสทรเจนวิทย์ ประธานที่ประชุมฯ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทุกท่านที่ได้สละเวลาเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้ และ กล่าวปิดประชุม เวลา 14.30 น.
