ข้อที่ 1. ผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าและผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่า เพื่อใช้เป็นที่อยู่อาศัย
ข้อที่ 2. ผู้เช่าจะต้องจ่ายค่าเช่าห้องพักล่วงหน้า 3 เดือนในราคาเดือนละ 9,000.- บาท/ห้อง เป็นเงิน 27,000.- ค่าไฟ้ฟ้ายูนิตละ 7.- บาท (ขั้นต่ำ 100 บาท) ค่าน้ำประปาลูกบาศเมตรละ 30.- บาท (ขั้นต่ำ 100 บาท) โดยไม่รวมค่าสาธารณูปโภคอื่น ๆ
ข้อที่ 3. ผู้เช่าตกลงชำระค่าเช่าและค่าน้ำประปา ค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าคิดตามมาตร์วัดตามราคาที่ผู้ให้เช่ากำหนด ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญา โดยจะชำระค่าเช่าล่วงหน้าภายในวันที่ 1-5 ของทุกเดือน ถ้าชำระหลังจากวันที่ 5 จะต้องเสียค่าปรับวันละ 50.- บาท
ข้อที่ 4. ผู้เช่าตกลงจะวางเงินประกัน ความเสียหายเป็นจำนวนเงิน 18,000.- บาท เงินนี้จะคืนให้แก่ผู้เช่าเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา โดยผู้เช่า ยินยอมให้ ผู้ให้เช่า หักค่าเสียหายหรือค่าใช้จ่ายที่ค้างจ่ายถ้าคิดหักค่าเสียหายแล้วไม่พอ ผู้เช่าจะนำเงินส่วนที่ขาดมาชำระให้ทันทีตามที่ ผู้ให้เช่าได้แจ้งแล้ว
ข้อที่ 5. ผู้ให้เช่าจะไม่รับผิดชอบทรัพย์สินของผู้เช่า รวมถึงยานพาหนะทุกประเภท ที่จอดในบริเวณพื้นที่ของผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อที่ 6. ผู้เช่าจะต้องดูแลห้องเช่าและทรัพย์สินภายในห้องให้อยู่ในสภาพดี กรณีที่เกิดความเสียหาย ห้องน้ำท่ออุดตันถ้าสาเหตุเกิดจากของผู้เช่า ผู้เช่ายินดีรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายให้แก่ ผู้ให้เช่าตามจริง ตามรายการและราคาทรัพย์สินที่แจ้งให้ทราบแล้ว

ข้อที่ 7. ผู้เช่าจะต้องอยู่ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เดือน กรณีผู้เช่าอยู่ไม่ครบกำหนด ผู้ให้เช่าจะไม่คืนเงินประกันให้แก่ผู้เช่า ผู้เช่าอยู่ครบ 6 เดือนผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายค่าล้างแอร์ทำความสะอาดแอร์
ข้อที่ 8. กรณีผู้เช่ามีความประสงค์จะยกเลิกห้องเช่า จะต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรโดยกรอกแบบฟอร์ม ยกเลิกการเช่าและแจ้งย้ายออก ล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เดือน หากไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้าผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าอีก 1 เดือน และจ่ายค่าทำความสะอาดห้อง 400.- บาท
ข้อที่ 9. ในระหว่างการเช่าถ้าผู้ให้เช่าจำเป็นต้องใช้ประโยชน์ในสถานที่เช่านี้เพื่อกิจการของผู้ให้เช่า ผู้เช่ายินดีที่จะคืนห้องและส่งมอบห้องให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อที่ 10. ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าเข้าไปตรวจความเรียบร้อยภายในห้องได้ตามความเหมาะสม
ข้อที่ 11. ผู้เช่าจะต้องจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆในวันทำสัญญาเช่าดังนี้.-
11.1 ค่าเช่าห้องล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน 9,000.00 บาท
11.2 ค่าประกันความเสียหาย 18,000.00 บาท
11.3 ค่าเคเบิลทีวีเดือนละ 200.00 บาท
11.4 ค่าบริการส่วนกลางเดือนละ 100.00 บาท
