ซึ่งการทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้เราได้เลือกที่เกาะเกร็ดเพราะเกาะเกร็ดนั้นเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอันดับหนึ่งของจังหวัดนนทบุรีอีกทั้งเกาะเกร็ดยังมีประวัติความเป็นมาอันยาวนาน โบราณสถานที่หลากหลายและมีความสวยงาม ศิลปะวิถีมอญ ขนบทำเนียมประเพณี ชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของคนในท้องถิ่น ซึ่งมีในเกาะเกร็ดที่เดียวเพียงเท่านั้น เราจึงอยากอนุรักษ์และอยากเก็บรักษาให้คนรุ่นหลังได้รับรู้ถึงความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของเกาะเกร็ดแบบนี้อีกเรื่อยไปและได้รู้ถึงสัญลักษณ์ของเกาะเกร็ดคือเครื่องปั้นดินเผานั้นเอง
วัตถุประสงค์
1.เพื่อเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมและการทำเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและปลูกฝังให้เยาวชนและคนทั่วไปได้รู้ถึงเรื่องราวในอดีต
