แนวทางโรงเรียนคุณธรรม
5. โครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมจะให้โรงเรียนและอาชีวศึกษา ทั้งรัฐบาลและเอกชนที่มีความสมัครใจที่จะเข้าร่วมโครงการนี้ สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ
6. โรงเรียนคุณธรรมจะใช้แนวทางของโรงเรียนฉือจี้ ประเทศไต้หวัน มาดำเนินการกระบวนต่าง ๆ ทุกเรื่องในวิทยาลัย โดยเน้นกระบวนการที่สร้างให้ ผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากร และผู้เรียน เป็นคนดี

8. กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและภาครัฐบาลกำลังส่งเสริมให้ทุกหน่วยงานเป็นหน่วยงานคุณธรรมได้แก่

4.2 อาชีวคุณธรรม
4.3 มหาวิทยาลัยคุณธรรม
4.4 โรงพยาบาลคุณธรรม
4.5 บริษัทคุณธรรม
สิ่งที่วิทยาลัยจะต้องนำมาดำเนินการต่อไป
2. วิทยาลัยจะต้องมาประชุมทีมผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากร นักศึกษา เพื่อหาแนวทางว่า คุณธรรมของวิทยาลัยที่ต้องการจะสร้างให้เกิดขึ้นในวิทยาลัยของเราคืออะไร โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้

3. นำคุณธรรมที่เรากำหนดขึ้นมา มาเปลี่ยนเป็นวิธีปฏิบัติในทุกภาคส่วน ทั้ง ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน
4. จัดประชุมใหญ่ประจำวิทยาลัยเพื่อประกาศแนวทางในการสร้างโรงเรียนคุณธรรมตามที่เรากำหนดในข้อ 1.2และ 1.3 ให้ทุกภาคส่วนได้รับรู้ทั้ง ภายในและภายนอก
5. จัดระบบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติ ดูพฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนไป ในทุกภาคส่วน โดยให้ประเมินอย่างน้อย 1 เดือนต่อครั้ง
6. สรุปเป็นองค์ความรู้ เป็นนวัตกรรมของวิทยาลัยในการสร้างสถานศึกษาให้เป็นหน่วยงานคุณธรรม
ข้อดีที่วิทยาลัยที่เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับ
1. วิทยาลัยที่ทำได้ดี เห็นเป็นรูปธรรมที่ชัดเจน จะได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นอาชีวศึกษาต้นแบบในเรื่องชองการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณธรรม
2. วิทยาลัยสามารถประชาสัมพันธ์ให้บุคคลภายนอกได้รับทราบได้เลยว่า วิทยาลัยได้เข้าร่วมในโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมเรียบร้อย ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นสิ่งที่ดี
