ข้อตกลงภายหลังการลาออกฉบับนี้ ทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ xxx โดยและระหว่าง
(ก) บริษัท แมนูไลฟ์ ประกันชีวิต (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) (“นายจ้าง”) และ
(ข) xxx (“พนักงาน”)
โดยที่

นายจ้างและพนักงานได้ตกลงกันดังต่อไปนี้

3. พนักงานขอยืนยันว่า พนักงานจะไม่เปิดเผยหรือแสวงหาประโยชน์จากข้อมูลซึ่งมีเหตุผลตามสมควรที่จะเชื่อได้ว่าข้อมูลดังกล่าวเป็นความลับหรือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของนายจ้างหรือบริษัทในเครือของนายจ้าง เช่น ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ลูกค้า กลยุทธ์การดำเนินธุรกิจ ความคิดหรือสิ่งอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวเนื่องหรือเป็นประโยชน์ในการประกอบธุรกิจ งานอันมีลิขสิทธิ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา หรือความลับทางการค้าของนายจ้าง
