1.) * หมายถึง ประเทศที่ประกาศยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราแก่ไทยฝ่ายเดียว ที่เหลือนอกจากนั้นคือ ประเทศที่ทำความตกลงทวิภาคีกับไทย

2.) ตัวเลขในวงเล็บหมายถึง จำนวนวันที่สามารถพำนักอยู่ได้ เช่น ผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางราชการของไทยสามารถเดินทางเข้ากัมพูชาโดยไม่ต้องขอรับการตรวจลงตรา โดยจะได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ได้ไม่เกิน 30 วัน
