Japanese Food : Niku Dofu [beef noodle]
Ingredients
Soup 1 cup
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sake 2 tablespoon
mirin 2 tablespoon
sugar 2 tablespoon
beef by slice 1 cup
tofu cut to square 1 cup
onion slice 1 teaspoon
shironegi slice 1 tablespoon
konnyaku noodles 1 package
Preparation
1. Heat a pot and boil shironegi around 30 seconds
2. Put beef and onions to boil around 5 minute
3. Put the soup, sugar, soy suace and sake. mix it to combine in a pot.
4. Put tofu, and konnyaku noodle to boil. wait untill noodle solf can eat.
5. Serve to a bowl.
