การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการเสียภาษีท้องถิ่นเขตเทศบาลตำบลสอง อำเภอสอง จังหวัดแพร่ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีในเขตเทศบาล ตำบลวังหงส์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่ จำนวน 290 คน
