บทคัดย่อ

ขนมไทยเป็นสิ่งที่อยู่คู่สังคมไทยมาเป็นเวลายาวนานตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวที่โดดเด่น ที่สำคัญยังมีรสชาติอร่อยและมีหน้าตาที่น่ารับประทาน ถือเป็นมรดกของชาติที่สำคัญควรช่วยกันรักษาไว้ แต่ในปัจจุบันนี้สังคมไทยได้รับอิทธิพลจากชาวต่างชาติเข้ามา ส่งผลให้วัฒนธรรมทางด้านการรบประทานอาหารของคนไทยค่อยๆเปลี่ยนไปคณะนักเรียนกลุ่มFriendsชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/9 จึงมีความเห็นร่วมกันในการจัดทำโครงงาน การศึกษาวิธีการทำขนมครกหลากสี
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และทักษะในการทำขนมครก และสามารถนำไปเผยแพร่ให้แก่ผู้อื่นให้เกิดประโยชน์มากขึ้น
จากการให้ความความร่วมมือกันของคณะผู้จัดทำ จึงเกิดการเรียนรู้ในการสร้างสรรค์ขนมครกหลากสี มีการให้ความร่วมมือกันในการทำงานเป็นอย่างดี เกิดความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ และสามารถดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่ได้วางแผน
