เนื่องจากทางแผนก TS พบความผิดปกติใน

เนื่องจากทางแผนก TS พบความผิดปกติในการสอบเทียบ Stainless rod no. KLTC-Z0160-0807-1/1 ขนาดความยาว 18.5 และ 19.5 mm. เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.7 mm. ซึ่งพบว่าผลการสอบเทียบ no. ดังกล่าวมีขนาดความยาว 19.5 และ 20.5 mm. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.9 mm. ซึ่งผิดจากการแจ้งใช้ เมื่อปี 2012 จึงแจ้งมายังแผนก PE ให้ทำการตรวจสอบและ Re calibration
แผนก PE ได้ทำการตรวจสอบผลการวัดขนาดเพื่อสอบเทียบย้อนหลัง พบว่า ขนาดที่ส่งมาสอบเทียบนั้นเป็นขนาด 19.5 และ 20.5 mm. เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.9 mm. เป็นของ เทียบ Stainless rod no. KLTC-Z0130-99802-1/1 ซึ่งในขณะนั้นทางแผนก PE ได้ทำการเรียก Stainless rod no. KLTC-Z0160-0807-1/1 ความยาว 18.5 และ 19.5 mm. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.7 mm. มาสอบเทียบตามแผนกการสอบเทียบประจำปี ซึ่งทางผู้ใช้งานกลับนำส่ง ขนาด 19.5 และ 20.5 mm. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.9 mm. ซึ่งผิดไม่ตรงกับที่แจ้งใช้ ทางแผนก PE ได้ทำการสอบเทียบ stainless rod ตามที่ทาง Mat W/H ส่งมาให้ด้วยเครื่อง Measuring microscope no. KMM-1 ซึ่ง ผลการสอบเทียบของปี 2013 และ 2014 ผ่าน จึงส่งให้ใช้งานต่อไป
แต่สำหรับการสอบเทียบของ ขนาดความยาว 18.5 และ 19.5 mm. เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.7 mm. ที่ใช้งานจริงในปัจจุบันนั้น ได้ถูกสอบเทียบอย่างถูกต้องเพียงแค่ครั้งเดียว คือ ปี 2012 เท่านั้น
จากความผิดปกติในครั้งนี้ แผนก PE สันนิษฐานได้ว่ามีเก็บ stainless rod หลังใช้งานผิดกล่อง จึงนำส่งผิดขนาด เนื่องจากไม่มีการระบุขนาดและno.ที่ตัว Stainless rod เลย อาจทำให้ผู้ใช้งานเกิดความสับสนเก็บผิดกล่อง
เมื่อพบความผิดปกติดังกล่าว แผนก PE ได้ทำการเรียก stainless rod ทั้งหมด จากแผนก MAT W/H เพื่อทำการ Re calibration เมื่อวันที่ Dec 26’14 ซึ่งจากการใช้เครื่อง Measuring microscope no. QK 378 พบว่าไม่ผ่าน เนื่องจาก Stainless rod no. KLTC-Z0160-0807-1/1 มีสภาพเป็นสนิท และมีขนาดโตเกินค่ามาตรฐานการสอบเทียบ ทางส่วนงานสอบเทียบแผนก PE จึงพยายมขัดสนิมออก จาก Stainless rod แต่เนื่องจากขนาดของ Stainless rod มีขนาดเล็กมาก และสนิมเกาะจำนวนมากทำให้ต้องใช้เวลาในการขัดนาน ทำให้เกิดการหักขึ้น และไม่สามารถใช้งานได้อีกต่อไป
ปัญหาที่พบ
Actual : KLTC-Z0160-0807-1/1 มีขนาดความยาว 18.5 และ 19.5 mm. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.7 mm.
แต่ Mat W/H ส่งมาให้สอบเทียบ มีขนาดความยาว 19.5 และ 20.5 mm. ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 0.9 mm. ในวันที่ Apr 4’13 และ Mar 29’14 และผลคือผ่าน

PE Department's calibration Division then attempt to scrub off the rust o Stainless rod, but due to the size of a small rod Stainless and stainless steel Island choosing to take the time to scrub for a long time, and the cause isn't working anymore.Problems found.Actual: KLTC-Z0160-807-1/1 size is 18.5 mm in length and 19.5.0.7 mm diameter. But Mat W/H submitted in size 19.5 length calibration and 20.5 mm. diameter 0.9 mm. for the 4 Mar Apr 29 ' 13 ' and 14 and the result is passed.Note:From the registration request KLTC-Z0160-807-1/1 size is 18.5 mm in length and 19.5.0.7 mm diameter.
