(๒) การตรวจสอบประจำปี เป็นการตรวจสอบอาคารและอุปกรณ์ประกอบของอาคารตามแผนการตรวจสอบอาคารและอุปกรณ์ประกอบของอาคารประจำปีที่ผู้ตรวจสอบได้จัดทำขึ้นตามข้อ ๑๔ (๒)ให้กระทำในช่วงปีระหว่างการตรวจสอบใหญ่เป็นประจำทุกปี
