Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
1. 2/3 cup (165ml) of warm water
2. 1 teaspoon ( 5ml ) of sugar
3. 1 teaspoon (5ml) yeast
4. ½ tablespoon of salt
5. ½ tablespoon (15ml) of olive oil
6. A little over 2 cup (250g) of flour
Topping
1. Tomato sauce
2. Shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Add water, yeast, sugar, and salt to mixing bowl.
2. Mix in flour conservatively – don’t add too much. Knead dough until smooth.
3. Split dough into pieces (3-5 depending on size of pizza)
4. Let rise at least 30 minutes.
5. Roll dough out each to the size of your pan.
6. Pre-heat oven to 250°C
7. Spread some tomato sauce onto dough,leaving about an inch around the outside without sauce.
8. Add addional toppings as desired.
9. Spread some cheese on top of the sauce.
10. The oven to melt the cheese.
