บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ภายในกองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ(Accident Sampling) และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในกองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Window (Statistical Package for the Social Science for Window) และ Microsoft Excel
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน
1. ปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง มีปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ความสำเร็จของงาน ลักษณะงาน โอกาสและความก้าวหน้าในงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ และปริมาณงานและความรับผิดชอบ ตามลำดับ
2. ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง มีปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการปฏิบัติงานจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ความสัมพันธ์ต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน ความสัมพันธ์ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา สภาพการทำงาน ค่าตอบแทน เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ และนโยบายของหน่วยงาน ตามลำดับ


3. การพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมือง พบว่าการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยการพัฒนาตนเองจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ พัฒนาด้านตน พัฒนาด้านสังคม และพัฒนาด้านงาน ตามลำดับ
4. ปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองในภาพรวม พบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจในการพัฒนาตนเองมี 5 ด้าน และ ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการพัฒนาตนเองมี 5 ด้าน ซึ่งมีเพียงปัจจัยละ 1 ด้านที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองในภาพรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 โดยปัจจัยจูงใจ คือ การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ และปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน คือ นโยบายหน่วยงาน
4.1. ปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองในด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง พบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจในการพัฒนาตนเองมี 5 ด้าน และ ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการพัฒนาตนเองมี 5 ด้าน ซึ่งมีเพียงปัจจัยละ 1 ด้านที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองของเจ้าหน้าที่กองดุริยางค์ทหารอากาศดอนเมืองในภาพรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 โดยปัจจัยจูงใจ คือ ความสำเร็จของงาน และปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน คือ นโยบายหน่วยงาน
