ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างพรมแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ที่บ้านคลองลึก ตำบลท่าข้าม สร้างในปี พ.ศ. 2482 มีลักษณะเป็นป้อม 2 ป้อม อยู่กันคนละฟากถนน โดยป้อมด้านซ้ายมือรักษารูปลักษณ์เดิมไว้ เพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์แก่ทหารกล้าที่เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บจากการสู้รบบริเวณชายแดนด้านคลอง
ลึก ตัวป้อมมีลักษณะเป็นรูปหกเหลี่ยมด้านเท่า สูงประมาณ 15 เมตร ฐานประตูทำเป็นห้องรักษาการณ์ แต่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมจากภัยสงคราม จึงมีการบูรณะซ่อมแซม เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2502 สำหรับทางด้านขวามือได้ก่อสร้างเป็นเสมาขนาดใหญ่ ทำด้วยหินอ่อนสลักรูปครุฑพ่าห์ (ธงมีรูปครุฑ)ไว้ด้านบน ใต้ครุฑจารึกคำว่า “ประเทศไทย” หันออกไปทางประเทศกัมพูชา
