เรื่อง ขออนุญาตส่งตัวแทนเข้าร่วมประชุม และขออนุมัติงบประมาณไปราชการ

ตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ ได้มีหนังสือเชิญประชุมสโมสรอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ มหาลัยราชภัฏทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั่วประเทศ ครั้งที่ 32 “ต้นเจ้าพระยาเกมส์” ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ ซึ่งทางสโมสรอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ มีมติส่ง นายA และ นายB เป็นตัวแทนในการเข้าร่วมประชุม
เพื่อความสะดวกในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ สโมสรฯ จึงขออนุญาตใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวในการเดินทาง เนื่องจากไม่มีรถประจำทางจากจังหวัดศรีสะเกษไปถึงจังหวัดนครสวรรค์โดยตรง จึงอาจทำให้การเดินทางของบุคลากรติดขัดได้ และขออนุมัติงบประมาณในการไปราชการครั้งนี้ เป็นจำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 9,672 บาท (เก้าพันหกร้อยเจ็ดสิบสองบาทถ้วน) โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
1. ค่าน้ำมัน 604 กม. X 4 บาท/กม. X 2 (ไป-กลับ) = 4,832 บาท
2. ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง 240 บาท/คน/วัน x 2 คน x 3 วัน = 1,440 บาท
3. ค่าที่พัก 1,700 บาท/คืน x 2 คืน = 3,400 บาท
รวมเป็นเงิน 9,672 บาท
