ฝ่ายที่เห็นด้วยกับการชุมนุม[แก้]นกภป.[แก้]พลอากาศเอก กันต์ พิมานทิพย์ อดีตผู้บัญชาการทหารอากาศ, นาวาอากาศตรี ประสงค์ สุ่นศิริ อดีตเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี สมัยพลเอก เปรม ติณสูลานนท์ อดีตประธานคณะกรรมาธิการ ยกร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550, พลตำรวจเอก ประทิน สันติประภพ อดีตอธิบดีกรมตำรวจ อดีตสมาชิกวุฒิสภา และ พันโท กมล ประจวบเหมาะ สมาชิกวุฒิสภา อดีตกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ร่วมกันแถลงข่าว ถึงสถานการณ์ทางการเมือง พร้อมทั้งประกาศจัดตั้ง กลุ่มนายทหารตำรวจนอกประจำการที่จงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันฯและยึดมั่นในระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข (นกภป.) โดยมี พลอากาศเอก กันต์ เป็นประธาน[76]

เมื่อวันที่ 10 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2556 ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.ชาญวิทย์ เกษตรศิริ, ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิธิ เอียวศรีวงศ์, ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกษียร เตชะพีระ, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรเจตน์ ภาคีรัตน์, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พวงทอง ภวัครพันธุ์, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธเนศ อาภรณ์สุวรรณ, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรชาติ บำรุงสุข, ดร.ปิยบุตร แสงกนกกุล, ประจักษ์ ก้องกีรติ และกลุ่มนักวิชาการ จำนวนกว่า 150 คน ร่วมกันก่อตั้ง สมัชชาปกป้องประชาธิปไตย (สปป.) โดยมีจุดยืนร่วมกันในเบื้องต้นคือ ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการนำสถาบันกษัตริย์มาเกี่ย­วข้องกับการเมือง และมีข้อเสนอหลัก 3 ข้อดังต่อไปนี้[77]

1.การก่อตั้งสภาประชาชน ด้วยการอ้างอิงมาตรา 3 ถือว่า ไม่สอดคล้องประชาธิปไตย หลักนิติธรรม ไม่สามารถทำได้
2.ข้อเสนอให้มีนายกรัฐมนตรีคนกลางหลังยุบสภา ตามมาตรา 7 เป็นการพยายามตีความรัฐธรรมนูญที่ไม่เป็นไปตามครรลองประชาธิปไตย
3.เสนอการร่วมออกแบบการทำประชามติ ในการแก้ไขหรือยืนยันการใช้รัฐธรรมนูญ 2550 ควรเป็นทางออกของสังคม
กลุ่มคนกรุงเทพฯ ไม่เห็นด้วยกับ กปปส.[แก้]ในเครือข่ายสังคม มีการตั้งแคมเปญรณรงค์ในเว็บไซต์ change.org โดยตั้งกลุ่มชื่อ "คนกรุงเทพไม่เห็นด้วยกับ กปปส." ได้เปิดแคมเปญรณรงค์โดยไม่เห็นด้วยและให้ยุติการชุมนุมของ สุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ แกนนำ กปปส. และเดินหน้าเข้าสู่การเลือกตั้งวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2557[78]

เครือข่าย 2 เอา 2 ไม่เอา[แก้]เกิดจากการรวมตัวของกลุ่มองค์กรและนักวิชาการ มีจุดยืนและข้อคิดเห็นต่อประชาชนทุกฝ่าย ดังต่อไปนี้

1.คัดค้านการรัฐประหาร พวกเราคัดค้านความพยายามแก้ไขวิกฤติการเมือง ด้วยวิถีทางนอกระบบ การรัฐประหาร ไม่สามารถยุติความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองระหว่างกลุ่มการเมือง และประชาชนฝ่ายต่างๆ ได้ และจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความรุนแรง ระหว่างผู้ก่อรัฐประหารกับประชาชน และระหว่างประชาชนด้วยกันเอง จนนำไปสู่สงครามกลางเมืองและโศกนาฏกรรมที่มิอาจเยียวยา
