ผลการทดลอง พบว่ามันสำปะหลังที่ปลูกโดยแช่สารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดมะระขี้นกในอัตราส่วน(มะระขี้นก : น้ำ) 400 : 400 ใช้เวลาแช่ 5 นาที มีจำนวนรากเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ 43 ราก และมันสำปะหลังที่ปลูกโดยแช่สารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดมะระขี้นกในอัตราส่วน(มะระขี้นก : น้ำ) 200 : 400 ใช้เวลาแช่ 10 นาที มีความยาวรากเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ 6.6 เซนติเมตร และเมื่อนำสารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากผักปลังมาช่วยในการเกิดของราก มันสำปะหลัง พบว่า ปลูกมันสำปะหลังโดยแช่สารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดผักปลังในอัตราส่วน(ผักปลัง : น้ำ) 300 : 400 ใช้เวลาแช่ 10 นาที มีจำนวนรากเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ 45 ราก และมันสำปะหลังที่ปลูกโดยแช่สารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดผักปลังในอัตราส่วน (ผักปลัง : น้ำ) 300 : 400 ใช้เวลาแช่ 10 นาที มีความยาวรากเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ 6.8 เซนติเมตร สรุปได้ว่า สารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดผักปลังมีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าสารกระตุ้นรากสำปะหลังที่สกัดจากยอดมะระขี้นก
