แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน ( Portfolio ) เล่มนี้ ดิฉันได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนนำเสนอข้อมูล ประวัติส่วนตัว ผลทางการศึกษา ความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ รวมถึงกิจกรรมต่างๆที่ดิฉันได้เข้าร่วม โดยแฟ้มสะสมผมงานเล่มนี้ ประกอบด้วยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติทางการศึกษา ผลงานที่ได้รับที่ทำให้ดิฉันเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ เช่น รางวัลชนะเลิศการประกวดสวดมนต์หมู่สรรเสริญพระรัตนตรัย ทำนองสรภัญญะ ประจำปี 2552 เป็นต้น รวมทั้งรูปภาพการทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมาย เช่น กิจกรรมรับน้องสายรหัส รณรงค์สืบสานประเพณีลอยกระทงย้อนยุคของจังหวัดลพบุรี การเข้าร่วมเป็นตัวแทนของชุมชนในงานประเพร๊บลอยกระทง เป็นต้น
