บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง สีจากขวดพลาสติกมีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกบ เป็นโครงงานประเภททดลอง สาขาวิชาชีววิทยา มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อหาวิธีการเพิ่มการเจริญเติบโตของกบ ซึ่งกบเป็นสัตว์ที่ให้สารอาหารประเภทโปรตีนที่สำคัญ และให้คุณค่าทางอาหารสูง มีไขมันต่ำ กบจึงจัดเป็นสัตว์เศรษฐกิจชนิดหนึ่งในประเทศไทย มีการเลี้ยงกบหลายรูปแบบ และมีปัจจัยหลายอย่างที่ทำให้ได้กบที่มีคุณภาพดี เลี้ยงง่าย โตเร็ว ทนทานต่อโรค คณะผู้จัดทำจึงเกิดแนวคิดที่จะทำการเลี้ยงกบให้เป็นไปตามจุดมุ่งหมายดังกล่าว โดยทดลองเลี้ยงกบในขวดพลาสติกภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมสีต่าง ๆ กัน สีจากขวดพลาสติกมีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกบอย่างไรบ้าง โดยทำการทดลองเลี้ยงกบในขวดพลาสติกหลากหลายสี ขวดมีรูปทรงเดียวกันคือรูปทรงสี่เหลี่ยม ขนาด 1.5 ลิตร แบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 7 กลุ่ม โดยใช้ขวดกลุ่มละ 7 ขวด ใส่กบลงในขวด ๆ ละ 1 ตัว ดังนี้ กลุ่มที่ 1. ขวดใส (Control) กลุ่มที่ 2. ขวดสีส้ม กลุ่มที่ 3. ขวดสีชมพู กลุ่มที่ 4. ขวดสีเหลือง กลุ่มที่ 5. ขวดสีน้ำตาล กลุ่มที่ 6. ขวดสีน้ำเงิน และ กลุ่มที่ 7. ขวด สีเขียว หลังจากนั้นให้อาหารกบทุกกลุ่มทดลองปริมาณเท่า ๆ กัน ครั้งละ 0.5 กรัม วันละ 2 เวลา (เช้า/เย็น) ทำการทดลอง 3 เดือน (90 วัน) ระยะทำการทดลองมีการชั่งและบันทึกน้ำหนักกบทุก 15 วัน/ครั้ง เมื่อครบกำหนด 90 วัน หาค่าเฉลี่ยน้ำหนักกบแต่ละกลุ่มได้ผลการทดลองดังนี้ กลุ่มที่ 1. ขวดใส (Control) ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 88.57 กรัม กลุ่มที่ 2. ขวดสีส้ม ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 101.43 กรัม กลุ่มที่ 3. ขวดสีชมพู ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 105.71 กรัม กลุ่มที่ 4. ขวดสีเหลือง ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 107.14 กรัม กลุ่มที่ 5. ขวดสีน้ำตาล ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 102.86 กรัม กลุ่มที่ 6. ขวดสีน้ำเงิน ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 98.57 กรัม และกลุ่มที่ 7. ขวดสีเขียว ได้น้ำหนักกบเฉลี่ย 110 กรัม
จากผลการทดลอง สรุปได้ว่า สีเขียวจากขวดพลาสติกมีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกบที่เลี้ยงในขวดพลาสติกสีอื่นๆ เพราะค่าเฉลี่ยน้ำหนักตัวของกบที่เลี้ยงในขวดพลาสติกสีเขียวสูงกว่าการเลี้ยงในขวดพลาสติกสีอื่นๆ
