ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้การออกแบบและพัฒนาของโปรแกรมระบบการจัดการ Sale Order ของบริษัท แอร์โรเฟลกซ์ โดยโปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 โดยโปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 ได้รวบรวมแนวคิดทฤษฎีและหลักการต่างๆ จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องดังนี้
